INFORMATION PROCESSING WITH AN OPTICAL SENSOR WHEN INCOMPLETE INITIAL INFORMATION

open access: yesAdaptivni Sistemi Avtomatičnogo Upravlinnâ, 2019
The range of tasks, solved by the properties of classification and generalization, is quite broad. However, the quality of solving to the problem, for one reason or another, is not always the same.

A classical long-time tail in a driven granular fluid

open access: yes, 2013
I derive a mode-coupling theory for the velocity autocorrelation function, \psi(t), in a fluid of randomly driven inelastic hard spheres far from equilibrium.

Modeling and performance study of direct and indirect radio propagation environment in auditorium

open access: yesDianzi Jishu Yingyong, 2018
According to the wireless channel of typical hall environment in the direct and non direct situation, this paper puts forward an improvement of geometric scattering model reference model based on the assumption of scattering propagation environment.

Optimal periodic binary codes of lengths 28 to 64 [PDF]

open access: yes
Results from computer searches performed to find repeated binary phase coded waveforms with optimal periodic autocorrelation functions are discussed. The best results for lengths 28 to 64 are given.

Cross-Section Fluctuations in Chaotic Scattering

open access: yes, 2009
For the theoretical prediction of cross-section fluctuations in chaotic scattering, the cross-section autocorrelation function is needed. That function is not known analytically.

Characterization of the Partial Autocorrelation Function

open access: yesThe Annals of Statistics, 1974
The conditions $|\phi_k| \leqq 1$ for all $k = 1,2, \cdots$ and $|\phi_k| = 1$ implies $\phi_{k+1} = \phi_k$ are both necessary and sufficient for a sequence of real numbers $\{\phi_k; k = 1,2, \cdots\}$ to be the partial autocorrelation function for a real, discrete parameter, stationary time series.

The Autocorrelation Function Denoising Algorithm Based on Convolutional Neural Networks

open access: yesIEEE Access
To enhance the image reconstruction quality of the Nth-order linear (NL) linear algorithm, this study proposes a convolutional neural network (CNN)-based denoising method, named Dilated Conv-Resnet model, that processes noisy electric field temporal ...

Compressive Estimation of a Stochastic Process with Unknown Autocorrelation Function

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, we study the prediction of a circularly symmetric zero-mean stationary Gaussian process from a window of observations consisting of finitely many samples.

Autocorrelation of the Mobius Function

open access: yes, 2022
Let $x\geq 1$ be a large integer, and let $μ:\mathbb{N}\longrightarrow\{-1,0,1\}$ be the Mobius function. This article proposes an effective asymptotic result for the autocorrelation function $\sum_{n \leq x} μ(n) μ(n+t) =O\left( e^{-c\sqrt{\log x}}\right) $, where $t\ne 0$ be a small fixed integer, and $c>0$ is a constant.
