1. Functional impairment of CD59‒ NK cells in PNH is observed, with minimal change in CD59+ NK cells. 2. Direct killing ability of NK cells against target cells is reduced. 3. NK cells weakened T‐cell regulation, leading to hyperfunction of T lymphocytes and contributing to immune escape.
