Semi-automatic Knob System for Assisting Flexible Endoscope Steering
In this paper, a semi-automatic knob system for assisting control of flexible endoscope is introduced. For conventional flexible endoscope, the torque to bend the bending part is increased proportionally to the curvature of the insertion tube.

Optimal design of PD-Fuzzy-PID cascaded controller for automatic generation control
In this research paper a novel cascaded PD-Fuzzy-PID controller is recommended for a conventional hybrid-source unified power system for automatic generation control. The optimization of scaling parameters of the suggested PD-Fuzzy-PID controller is done

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Avoiding the non-detection zone of passive loss-of-mains (islanding) relays for synchronous generation by using low bandwidth control loops and controlled reactive power mismatches [PDF]
Generation connected to electrical distribution systems requires reliable and timely detection of loss of-mains (islanding). Passive loss of mains detection relays typically use measurements of parameters such as frequency, phase, and the magnitudes of ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Automatic generation of human machine interface screens from component-based reconfigurable virtual manufacturing cell [PDF]
Increasing complexity and decreasing time-tomarket require changes in the traditional way of building automation systems. The paper describes a novel approach to automatically generate the Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens for component-based ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Automatic test cases generation from software specifications modules [PDF]
A new technique is proposed in this paper to extend the Integrated Classification Tree Methodology (ICTM) developed by Chen et al. [13] This software assists testers to construct test cases from functional specifications.
