Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.

Automata Approach to XML Data Indexing
The internal structure of XML documents can be viewed as a tree. Trees are among the fundamental and well-studied data structures in computer science. They express a hierarchical structure and are widely used in many applications.

The cancer problem is increasing globally with projections up to the year 2050 showing unfavourable outcomes in terms of incidence and cancer‐related deaths. The main challenges are prevention, improved therapeutics resulting in increased cure rates and enhanced health‐related quality of life.

Regular omega-Languages with an Informative Right Congruence [PDF]
A regular language is almost fully characterized by its right congruence relation. Indeed, a regular language can always be recognized by a DFA isomorphic to the automaton corresponding to its right congruence, henceforth the Rightcon automaton. The same

This paper develops the analysis of properties of the cellular automata class introduced by the authors. It is assumed that the set of automaton cells is finite and forms a closed lattice, and there are two states for each automaton cell.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

I-homomorphism for BL-I-General L-fuzzy Automata [PDF]
Taking into account the notion of BL-general fuzzy automaton, in the present study we define the notation of BL-intuitionistic general L-fuzzy automaton and I-bisimulation for BL-intuitionistic general L-fuzzy automaton. Then for a given BL-intuitionistic

Dynamic Input/Output Automata: a Formal and Compositional Model for Dynamic Systems [PDF]
We present dynamic I/O automata (DIOA), a compositional model of dynamic systems. In DIOA, automata can be created and destroyed dynamically, as computation proceeds, and an automaton can dynamically change its signature, i.e., the set of actions in ...

Induction of diabetes in three different mouse strains uniformly resulted in an increase in TNAP activity and a reduction in pyrophosphate (PPi) in the circulation. Inhibition of TNAP restored plasma PPi. Diabetes‐induced calcification in the media layer of the aorta was detected only in the Abcc6−/− strain, which is predisposed to ectopic ...
