Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Energy Efficiency of Connected Autonomous Vehicles: A Review
Connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs) have emerged as a promising solution for enhancing transportation efficiency. However, the increased adoption of CAVs is expected to lead to a rise in transportation demand and, subsequently, higher energy consumption.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

A theoretical approach to facilitating transition phase motion in a positively buoyant autonomous underwater vehicle [PDF]
Positively buoyant autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) operate at survey speeds with a pitch angle that ismaintained through application of the control surfaces, sufficient to generate hydrodynamic forces to counteract theexcess buoyancy. To facilitate

We first identified functional murine mitochondrial N‐formyl peptides (MT‐FPs) and investigated their effects on the in vitro myeloid‐derived suppressor cell (MDSC) generation from bone marrow cells. We demonstrated that MT‐FPs acted directly on bone marrow cells to promote MDSC generation and modulated the polymorphonuclear (PMN)‐MDSC/monocyte (M ...

Curse of rarity for autonomous vehicles
In this paper, we reveal that the rarity of safety-critical events in high-dimensional driving environments is the root cause of the safety challenge for autonomous vehicle development. We formulate it as "curse of rarity" (CoR) because it occurs ubiquitously in various safety-critical systems such as medical diagnosis and aerospace systems.
