Optimizing Metamaterial Inverse Design with 3D Conditional Diffusion Model and Data Augmentation
A generative AI model, the 3D conditional diffusion model (3D‐CDM), is introduced to enhance the inverse design of voxel‐based metamaterials. A data augmentation technique based on topological perturbation expands the dataset, further improving generation quality and accuracy.

CUNI Non-Autoregressive System for the WMT 22 Efficient Translation Shared Task [PDF]
We present a non-autoregressive system submission to the WMT 22 Efficient Translation Shared Task. Our system was used by Helcl et al. (2022) in an attempt to provide fair comparison between non-autoregressive and autoregressive models. This submission is an effort to establish solid baselines along with sound evaluation methodology, particularly in ...

This study provides support for the immunity debt hypothesis, revealing a 131.72% increase in influenza rates during winter and a 161.23% rise in summer, 1 year following the global easing of COVID‐19 restrictions. This study offers empirical evidence of immunity debt on a global level, highlighting the importance of incorporating this concept into the

CPL‐Diff: A Diffusion Model for De Novo Design of Functional Peptide Sequences with Fixed Length
This study presents a diffusion model for generating functional peptide sequence lengths using mask control. The model can generate antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral peptides with specific lengths on demand. The model learns the structure of peptides better and generates peptides with better physicochemical properties, and the model has good ...

A single‐cell and spatial transcriptional atlas reveals the architecture of human gastric cancer stem cell (CSC) niche and the developmental trajectory of CSCs. These CSCs interact with immunosuppressive immune cells thereby constructing immune‐suppressive niche, and inflammatory cancer‐associated fibroblast (iCAFs) to enhance stemness through ...

Alpha-Stable Autoregressive Modeling of Chua's Circuit in the Presence of Heavy-Tailed Noise
This study presents alpha-stable autoregressive (AR) modeling of the dynamics of Chua's circuit in the presence of heavy-tailed noise. The parameters of the AR time series are estimated using the covariation-based Yule-Walker method, and the parameters ...
