Dynamic Average-Value Modeling of Three-Level T-Type Grid-Connected Converter System
IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, 2019Three-level T-type converter (3LT2C) possesses the advantages of simple structure and high efficiency, which makes it appealing especially in low- and medium-voltage applications.

Power Swing Detection Using the Variation Rates of the Average Value of Apparent Power
2019 International Conference on Protection and Automation of Power System (IPAPS), 2019Power swing is a transient phenomenon in the power system that occurred by several reasons include line outage, a sudden increase or decrease in load, fault and etc.

Normal Values and Average Values
Metroeconomica, 1997This essay discusses the implications of the idea that the Keynesian premise implies deviations between the normal and the average degrees of utilization. A system of equations called the ``average system'' is proposed for the study of average values, as distinct from normal values, by way of a hypothetical steady‐ state growth path for each sector.

AbstractWe prove that the Riemann hypothesis is equivalent to the condition $\int _{2}^x\left (\pi (t)-\operatorname {\textrm {li}}(t)\right )\textrm {d}t<0$ for all $x>2$ . Here, $\pi (t)$ is the prime-counting function and $\operatorname {\textrm {li}}(t)$ is the logarithmic integral. This makes explicit a claim of Pintz.

There is a need in the numerical simulation of reservoir performance to use average permeability values for the grid blocks. The permeability distributions to be averaged over are based on samples taken from cores and from logs using correlations between permeabilities and porosities and from other sources. It is necessary to use a suitable “effective”

The Average-Value Correspondence Principle
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2007In previous work [1], we have presented an attempt to derive the finite‐dimensional abstract quantum formalism from a set of physically comprehensible assumptions. In this paper, we continue the derivation of the quantum formalism by formulating a correspondence principle, the Average‐Value Correspondence Principle, that allows relations between ...

Ensemble averaging of mass values
Atomic Data and Nuclear Data Tables, 1976Abstract An ensemble of mass tables is generated by extrapolating with the transverse Garvey-Kelson equation from different subsets of experimentally known masses. Predictions of unknown masses are obtained by averaging over the ensemble. The averaging procedure also yields the uncertainties accompanying these predictions.

Dollar Cost Averaging and Fair Value Dispersion
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2023AbstractThis study proposes a simple theoretical model to compare dollar cost averaging and buy‐and‐hold strategies for investors who perceive that equity's unobservable fair (intrinsic) value is symmetrically dispersed around the observable price. For reasonable model inputs, the study shows that if the fair value dispersion is relatively high, dollar
