Short‐Term Bienenstock‐Cooper‐Munro Learning in Optoelectrically‐Driven Flexible Halide Perovskite Single Crystal Memristors

open access: yesSmall Methods, Volume 9, Issue 9, September 1, 2025.
This paper presents a flexible CsPbBr3 perovskite memristor with synaptic behavior, which is in accordance with the Bienenstock‐Cooper‐Munro (BCM) theory of cortical plasticity, realized directly, similarly to biological experiments. Additionally, this effect can be modulated by visible light, within the framework of BCM theory.

Impact of Minor Changes in Molybdenum Content on the Localized Corrosion Resistance of Austenitic Stainless Steels

open access: yesMaterials and Corrosion, Volume 76, Issue 8, Page 1169-1182, August 2025.
Electrochemical testing (PD–GS–PD and anodic polarization) was performed for three grades of Austenitic stainless steel with different Mo content. SS316‐2.5Mo demonstrated significantly better corrosion resistance than SS316‐2Mo. Grain refinement was observed with increasing Mo content.

Avesta Dilinin Tarihi Coğrafyası

EXPRESSIONS OF THE DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES IN AVESTA THEOLOGY IN THE GATHAS AND YOUNG AVESTA

open access: yes, 2023
In this article, the “Gathas” are expounded on the basis of monotheistic ideas, while the later created, “Mlado Avesta”, is described as a kind of distribution of tasks conditioned by real rules, that is, political views in the ritual practices of seminal social beliefs.

Blueprint for a Universal Theory of Learning to Read: The Combinatorial Model

open access: yesReading Research Quarterly, Volume 60, Issue 2, April/May/June 2025.
The Reading Tree. Abstract In this essay, I outline some of the essential ingredients of a universal theory of reading acquisition, one that seeks to highlight commonalities while embracing the global diversity of languages, writing systems, and cultures.

Detection of focal cortical dysplasia: Development and multicentric evaluation of artificial intelligence models

open access: yesEpilepsia, Volume 66, Issue 4, Page 1165-1176, April 2025.
Abstract Objective Focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) is a common cause of drug‐resistant focal epilepsy but can be challenging to detect visually on magnetic resonance imaging. Three artificial intelligence models for automated FCD detection are publicly available (MAP18, deepFCD, MELD) but have only been compared on single‐center data.

Round‐robin test of all‐solid‐state battery with sulfide electrolyte assembly in coin‐type cell configuration

open access: yesElectrochemical Science Advances, Volume 4, Issue 6, December 2024.
Abstract The replacement of conventional lithium‐ion batteries with solid‐state batteries is currently under investigation by many players both from academia and industry. Sulfide‐based electrolytes are among the materials that are regarded as most promising, especially for application in the transport sector.

OpenMAP‐T1: A Rapid Deep‐Learning Approach to Parcellate 280 Anatomical Regions to Cover the Whole Brain

open access: yesHuman Brain Mapping, Volume 45, Issue 16, November 2024.
This study introduces OpenMAP‐T1, a deep‐learning‐based method for rapid and accurate whole‐brain parcellation of 280 anatomical regions in T1‐weighted brain MRI. Compared with existing methods, OpenMAP‐T1 significantly reduced the processing time per image from several hours to less than 90 s without compromising accuracy.

Production of Nitrogen‐Alloyed Stainless Steels in Argon Oxygen Decarburization Converter: Kinetics and Modeling of Nitrogenation and Denitrogenation

open access: yessteel research international, Volume 95, Issue 11, November 2024.
The study combines a thermodynamic equation with a kinetic model to predict nitrogen content (0.150–0.400%) at the end of argon oxygen decarburization process when producing nitrogen‐alloyed stainless steels. The adjustment of nitrogen content is achieved by blowing nitrogen–argon mixtures through blowing, and the model successfully predicts this ...
