A phase-delay technique has been used to measure the group delay and dispersion of a 17/spl times/17 Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AWG) (de) multiplexer. Theoretical and experimental results have been compared and shown that dispersion is not negligible within the 10 dB transmission bandwidth.

Titanium Dioxide AWG for the Visible
