Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) of the breast is characterized by interanastomosing slit-like spaces lined with spindle-shaped cells in an abundant fibrous stroma. PASH is a relatively common incidental finding in the breast tissue removed for other reasons and rarely presents as a localized mass.
