MAFF Suppresses Necroptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via the GATA4‐MLKL Axis
Cancer Science, EarlyView.MAFF promotes pancreatic cancer progression by acting as a transcriptional repressor of the GATA4‐MLKL axis, thereby inhibiting necroptotic cell death. This study identifies the MAFF‐GATA4‐MLKL pathway as a novel therapeutic target and a significant prognostic biomarker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Cancer Science, EarlyView.The lncRNA CROCCP2 upregulates HOXD11 by competitively adsorbing miR‐5584‐5p, thereby promoting glioma cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by inhibiting autophagy.
