Sonographic Findings of Axillary Masses
The diagnosis of axillary masses can be challenging because various tumors can develop in parts of the axilla other than lymph nodes, even though we frequently encounter axillary masses in daily practice. These lesions include soft tissue masses associated with nontumorous conditions (accessory breast tissue and chronic granulomatous inflammation) and ...

Phospholipid transfer protein(PLTP) plays a critical role in forming a complex with kinase A (AURKA) and P65. This interaction facilitates phosphorylation of P65 at Ser536, leading to the activation of the NF‐κB signaling pathway. Ultimately, this leads to the upregulation of downstream cytokines, including IL‐6, IL‐8, and CSF‐1, which promotes M2 ...

PET Imaging of Cardiac Inflammation in Viral Myocarditis Using a DPP4‐Targeted Probe
This study describes a DPP4‐targeted PET probe for imaging myocardial inflammation by selectively targeting activated immune cells. Derived from the clinically approved small‐molecule inhibitor linagliptin, the probe demonstrates favorable biodistribution with specific cardiac uptake in myocarditis.

ABSTRACT While targeted therapies have improved outcomes in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), many patients still lack targetable mutations. Here, we identified alpha‐L‐fucosidase 2 (FUCA2) as a crucial driver of LUAD by preventing cellular senescence. Mechanistically, through the restriction of fucosyltransferase 3 (FUT3)‐mediated α‐1,3‐fucosylation of ...
