The anti slip control system on electric car independent axle

2017 18th International Carpathian Control Conference (ICCC), 2017
The paper is focused on the control algorithm for anti-slip control of the independent car axle. The axles were powered by independent electric engine with torque controller controlled by CAN bus and torque demand. The main control unit is cRIO / LabVIEW with CAN bus.

Torque vectoring for rear axle using Adaptive Sliding Mode Control

2013 International Conference on Control, Automation and Information Sciences (ICCAIS), 2013
Active chassis control systems have been developed and applied increasingly in the automotive industry to improve vehicle global safety and comfort from normal to critical driving situations. These systems like Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Direct Yaw moment Control (DYC), Traction Control System (TCS) play the most

Optimal control of a semi-active tri-axle lorry suspension

Vehicle System Dynamics, 2006
A vehicle model is developed that captures the dynamics of a semi-active tri-axle air-suspension system with load sharing between three axles. Linear control systems are designed for both 'modified skyhook damping' (MSD) and optimal full-state feedback (FSF) control. Non-linearities in the damping elements are modelled.

Design and Control of a Passively Steered, Dual Axle Vehicle

2005
In this paper we describe the steering, suspension and control systems of the rover Zoë, a solar-powered robot designed to explore the Mars-like landscapes of the Atacama Desert in Chile. We are developing the Zoë chassis as an alternative to the traditional six-wheeled, rocker-bogie system used by Mars rovers flown in the past ten years.

Control Allocation for Multi-Axle Hub Motor Driven Land Vehicles

SAE International Journal of Alternative Powertrains, 2016
<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">This paper outlines a real-time hierarchical control allocation algorithm for multi-axle land vehicles with independent hub motor wheel drives. At the top level, the driver’s input such as pedal position or steering wheel position are interpreted into desired global state ...

Research and Application of Constant Motion Controlled by Two-Axle

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2012
Some devices require non-circular parts high surface quality. However, when hardening surfaces of these parts, it is important to choose specific motion control card to keep induction heating spots constant moving. Following mathematical model of constant motion, we program in the computer to control two-type movement of general induction hardening bed
