Characterization of Spatially Variant Electromechanical Properties in a 3D Printed Architected Piezoceramic

International Journal of Applied Ceramic Technology, Volume 23, Issue 3, June 2026.
The article describes a methodology to obtain spatial map of full piezoelectric tensor of an architected polycrystalline piezoceramic, based on direct knowledge of microstructural changes that is gained through in situ X‐ray microdiffraction and further complemented by micromechanical computations.

Daytime Ionospheric F‐Region Topside Irregularities Associated With Significant Density Enhancement at Low Latitudes During the 12 November 2025 Magnetic Storm

Abstract In this study, daytime F‐region irregularities were observed at low latitudes during the main phase of the 12 November 2025 strong magnetic storm, causing intense very high frequency radar echoes ranging hundreds of kilometers in altitude.

Abstract The mechanism driving ion outflow from Jupiter's auroras remains to be determined. H+ ${\mathrm{H}}^{+}$ outflow has been observed with highly field‐aligned pitch angles consistent with acceleration by high‐altitude electrostatic potential structures.
