The possible antiferromagnetic symmetry groups of azurite

Physica, 1960
Abstract Starting with the magnetic point group symmetry obtained by nuclear magnetic resonance techniques and the x -ray space group, Shubnikov group theory is employed to determine the possible antiferromagnetic symmetry groups of the monoclinic crystal azurite.

Interchain interaction effect on the magnetic properties of azurite material

Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, 2019
Abstract Considering the interchain exchange interaction through dimer and monomer in the azurite, a two-dimensional Ising–Heisenberg model with dimer and monomer interlacing arrangement is established, and the magnetic and thermodynamic properties are calculated by Monte Carlo method.

Low-Temperature Heat Capacity of Azurite

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 1959
The heat capacity of azurite, Cu3(CO3)2(OH)2, has been measured in the temperature range of 1.7–3.6°K. The characteristic λ-type heat capacity anomaly associated with the antiferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition in the crystal has been observed, the Néel point being 1.84°K.
