Somatic IL4R mutations in primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma lead to constitutive JAK-STAT signaling activation [PDF]
Primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL) is a distinct subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma thought to arise from thymic medullary B cells.

Discovery of a Potent Fluorescence Polarization Probe for Identifying USP1 Allosteric Inhibitors
This study presents the first ubiquitin‐specific protease 1 (USP1) allosteric fluoroprobe and fluorescence polarization assay, enabling the differentiation of allosteric and catalytic site inhibitors. Further, a novel class of tetrahydroisoquinoline‐based USP1 inhibitors is designed, with compound 14a (USP1 IC50 = 29.9 nM) showing strong selectivity ...

The function and origin of the CD4+ T cell in the classical Hodgkin lymphoma microenvironment
PhDClassical Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL) is a germinal centre B cell malignancy where the bulk of the tumour comprises a non-clonal immune infiltrate enriched for CD4+ T cells.

Primary Testicular B-cell Lymphoma
Primary testicular lymphoma constitutes only 1-7% of all testicular neoplasms and less than 1% of all non-Hodgkin lymphoma. We report a 69-year-old man who presented with a painful right testicular mass. Treatment modalities consist of surgical excision,

Genetic Code Expanded T Cell for Controllable Immunotherapy
Our GCE‐CAR‐T cells enables tight, dose‐dependent, and function‐preserving control of CAR expression at the translational level through amber codon suppression and genetic incorporation of ncAA. ABSTRACT Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)‐T cell therapy has demonstrated curative potential against hematologic malignancies, but its clinical application ...

ABSTRACT Follicular lymphoma (FL) remains an incurable B‐cell malignancy with high relapse rates, and conventional therapies are often limited by significant toxicity, highlighting the need for novel treatments. We identified that FL exhibits markedly low expression of NAD(P)H: quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1), a key enzyme required for activating ...

Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) encompasses a heterogeneous group of neoplasms with generally poor clinical outcome. Currently 50% of PTCL cases are not classifiable: PTCL-not otherwise specified (NOS).

ABHD17C‐mediated depalmitoylation of BCL6B at Cys442 blocks its nuclear import and triggers ubiquitin‐dependent degradation, attenuating transcriptional repression of the anti‐phagocytic signal CD24. This mechanism enables pancreatic cancer cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis and fosters an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

Molecular mechanisms of follicular lymphoma and its transformation
PhDFollicular lymphoma (FL) is the second most common form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and at least a third of cases undergo aggressive transformation (t-FL), most frequently to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
