"Uniform Measures On Inverse Limit Spaces" [PDF]
Motivated by problems from dynamic economic models, we consider the problem of defining a uniform measure on inverse limit spaces. Let f be a function from a compact metric space X into itself where f is continuous, onto and piecewise one-to-one.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Statistical Convergence on b-Metric Spaces
This paper investigates the idea of statistical convergence in the context of $b$-metric spaces. As a generalization of classical metric spaces, $b$-metric spaces offer a useful structure to examine the basic concepts of statistical convergence. The results indicate that b-metric spaces provide an impressive theoretical basis for both convergence ...

We first identified functional murine mitochondrial N‐formyl peptides (MT‐FPs) and investigated their effects on the in vitro myeloid‐derived suppressor cell (MDSC) generation from bone marrow cells. We demonstrated that MT‐FPs acted directly on bone marrow cells to promote MDSC generation and modulated the polymorphonuclear (PMN)‐MDSC/monocyte (M ...

Scott models are topological models of complete partial orders used for Tarskian fixed point semantics of the lambda calculus. As of yet there are no methods for deriving Scott models from specifications of the "complete" objects beyond an arbitrary ...

KKM mappings in cone b-metric spaces
In this paper we establish some topological properties of the cone b-metric spaces and then improve some recent results about KKM mappings in the setting of a cone b-metric space.

In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...
