Instrumental textural properties of plain helva kept at different temperatures [PDF]
Traditional plain helva samples were stored at different temperatures (4±1 °C, 22±2 °C or 35±1 °C) and their textural properties were determined by conducting texture profile analysis.

Phase Field Failure Modeling: Brittle‐Ductile Dual‐Phase Microstructures under Compressive Loading
The approach by Amor and the approach by Miehe and Zhang for asymmetric damage behavior in the phase field method for fracture are compared regarding their fitness for microcrack‐based failure modeling. The comparison is performed for the case of a dual‐phase microstructure with a brittle and a ductile constituent.

Microstructure Evolution of a VMnFeCoNi High‐Entropy Alloy After Synthesis, Swaging, and Annealing
The synthesis and processing (rotary swaging and annealing) of the novel VMnFeCoNi alloy is investigated, alongside the estimation of the grain size effect on hardness. Analysis of a wide grain size range of recrystallized microstructures (12–210 µm) reveals a low annealing twin density.

Spin Structures of Textured and Isotropic Nd-Fe-B-Based Nanocomposites: Evidence for Correlated Crystallographic and Spin Textures [PDF]
We report the results of a comparative study of the magnetic microstructure of textured and isotropic $\mathrm{Nd}_2\mathrm{Fe}_{14}\mathrm{B}/α$-$\mathrm{Fe}$ nanocomposites using magnetometry, transmission electron microscopy, synchrotron x-ray diffraction, and, in particular, magnetic small-angle neutron scattering (SANS).

This publication presents methods of distinguishing the focal texture of the conical smectic phase A (SmA) and the crystalline smectic B phase (CrB). Most often, characteristic transition bars are observed in polarized light at the temperature point of the SmA–CrB phase transition.
