The FASEB Journal, Volume 40, Issue 8, 30 April 2026.Serum SERPINA3 levels were higher in BOS compared to non‐BOS patients. OPG and SERPINA3 positive cells colocalized with tryptase positive mast cells in airways from BOS lung tissue.
