The experiment verified the mechanism of HZ against ulcerative colitis. Verified through in vivo and in vitro experiments, HZ demonstrated partial inhibition of the TLR4/NF‐κB signaling pathway, reduction in inflammatory factors IL‐6 and TNF, and the ability to suppress T cell differentiation and activation in ulcerative colitis.
