Sex differences in atrial potential morphology
Background: Areas of conduction disorders play an important role in both initiation and perpetuation of AF and can be recognized by specific changes in unipolar potential morphology. For example, EGM fractionation may be caused by asynchronous activation

Impact of global change on the distribution of mountain mammals and birds
Abstract Climate change and land‐use changes are key drivers of global biodiversity loss. Many species are shifting to higher elevations or latitudes in response to global warming, often encountering unfavorable land‐use conditions during the shift. These changes can lead to reduced range size and increased extinction risks, particularly for mountain ...

The impact of footwear on human talar trabecular architecture
Medial and lateral views of the human foot skeleton in the shod and unshod groups, with color maps representing mean relative trabecular bone volume fraction (rBV/TV) in the talus for each group. The shod group exhibited greater rBV/TV in the medial and posterior talus, whereas the unshod group had greater rBV/TV in the talar head and neck.
