The demagnetization of permanent magnet electric roller of coal mine belt conveyor will reduce the comprehensive performance of electric roller. In serious cases, the belt conveyor will stop suddenly or burn down, leading to the failure of normal production and safety accidents on the site.

Analysis of a Symmetrical Nine-phase Machine with Highly Non-Sinusoidal Back-Electromotive Force
IECON 2018 - 44th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2018In this paper a two-pole surface permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) with a symmetrical nine-phase winding configuration is investigated. Magnets on rotor are shortened which causes production of highly non-sinusoidal back- electromotive force (EMF) in the stator windings.

Uneven magnetization of permanent magnets (PMs) is one of the major sources of unbalanced magnetic force and torque ripple, which excite a brushless dc (BLDC) motor. This paper investigates the frequency contents of the back electromotive force (BEMF) due to the unevenly magnetized PMs in a BLDC motor.

This paper presents a study of the torque component under the d-axis and q-axis of brushless DC motor with nonideal back electromotive force. Based on the improved torque harmonic expressions, the main ripple contributors can be found and are also used as the basis of designing the phase current.

Al-Ca master alloy was prepared by molten salt electrolysis method, using a mixed molten salt system of CaCl2-CaF2 and feeding CaO as electrolysis material. The technological parameters such as back electromotive force (BEMF), cell voltage, and current were measured by testing device of molten salt electrolysis.

This paper presents a sensorless control algorithm based on back-electromotive force estimation for a six-phase permanent magnet synchronous machine drive. The proposed solution employs a hybrid state observer that uses two different flux estimators. To find the rotor flux position, the first observer uses the fundamental harmonic of the magnetic field,
