Numerical Analysis of Backward Euler-Galerkin Method for Water Contamination Problem

open access: yesAdvances in Applied Mathematics, 2017
分析了浅水流动中的水污染扩散问题的Galerkin有限元方法,对于时间变量用向后Euler法进行离散。最后通过具体例子进行了数值模拟。 The Galerkin finite element method for the diffusion of water contamination is analyzed. The time variable is discretized by backward Euler method. Finally, we did numerical simulations with a concrete example.

Bioinspired Adaptive Leg‐Claw Enables Robust Perching and Grasping for UAVs

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inspired by owl limb morphology and bat roosting behavior, this study presents a bioinspired adaptive leg‐claw mechanism that enables UAVs to perform robust and versatile perching and grasping. The design integrates a four‐link tibial structure, tension‐driven deformable feet, and active control, enabling stable perching on various branches and ...

Central Limit Theorem for Temporal Average of Backward Euler-Maruyama Method

open access: yesJournal of Computational Mathematics
This work focuses on the temporal average of the backward Euler-Maruyama (BEM) method, which is used to approximate the ergodic limit of stochastic ordinary differential equations (SODEs). We give the central limit theorem (CLT) of the temporal average of the BEM method, which characterizes its asymptotics in distribution.

Pellet Printing for Soft Robotic Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) is established here as a reliable method for fabricating soft, airtight robotic devices. Through coordinated optimization of hardware, material selection, and process parameters, this approach enables high‐speed printing of thermoplastic elastomers with silicone‐like softness and modulus.

Almost Surely Exponential Stability of Numerical Solutions for Stochastic Pantograph Equations

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
Our effort is to develop a criterion on almost surely exponential stability of numerical solution to stochastic pantograph differential equations, with the help of the discrete semimartingale convergence theorem and the technique used in stable analysis ...

The robust finite-volume schemes for modeling nonclassical surface reactions

open access: yesNonlinear Analysis, 2018
A coupled system of nonlinear parabolic PDEs arising in modeling of surface reactions with piecewise continuous kinetic data is studied. The nonclassic conjugation conditions are used at the surface of the discontinuity of the kinetic data.

Artificial Piezoelectric Interface Enables Ultrafast Interfacial Ion Kinetic for Highly‐Sensitive Piezoionic Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study proposes a piezoelectric interface modification strategy to amplify the piezoionic effect. The piezoelectric interface generates an intrinsic electric field, which not only drives rapid ion migration but also concentrates polarized ions on the interface. The flexible sensor delivers superior performance, such as a quick response rate, strong

Extending Battery Usage Time of a Heavy‐Duty Mecanum‐Wheeled Autonomous Electric Vehicle Used in Iron–Steel Industry by Considering Wheel Slippage

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2025.
It is a fact that slippage causes tracking errors in both longitudinal and lateral directions which results to have less travel distance in tracking a reference trajectory. Less travel distance means having energy loss of the battery and carrying loads less than planned.
