Complete mitochondrial DNA genome ofPseudobagrus truncatus(Siluriformes: Bagridae)
Mitochondrial DNA, 2013In this study, the complete mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequence of Pseudobagrus truncatus (Siluriformes: Bagridae) was determined. The complete mtDNA genome sequence of P. truncatus is 16,533 bp in size. It consists of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes and one non-coding control region.
