Chlorination of Ball-milled Zirconia
The effects of mechanochemical treatment of monoclinic zirconia in high energy planetary ball mill on its phase transformation were investigated. A trace amount of boron is introduced into NbTaTi1.5V RHEA, forming a finegrained BCC+TiO+TiB microstructure. The TiB phase generates numerous dislocations, strengthening the alloy. The alloy exhibits 3610 MPa compressive fracture strength and 1060 HV microhardness, while retaining 14.8% fracture strain.

A DLN dataset was built to analyze MABS composition versus in vitro/in vivo osteogenesis and angiogenesis. An MLP neural network, taking BG morphological parameters as input, extracts bioactive features from these datasets. A rabbit tibial defect model then validates 4D‐printed MABS for adaptability and bone regeneration in critical defects.
