Dynamic Analysis of CRTS II Ballastless Track-Vehicle System Based on Moving Unit Method
On account of the influence of the discontinuity of CRTS II ballastless track slabs and the discrete support of track pads on the high-speed rail vehicle-ballastless track system, a vibration analysis calculation model of the ballastless track-vehicle ...

Fully three-dimensional analysis of high-speed traintracksoil-structure dynamic interaction [PDF]
In this paper, a general and fully three dimensional multi-body-finite element-boundary element model, formulated in the time domain to predict vibrations due to train passage at the vehicle, the track and the free field, is presented.

Fracture studies on synthetic fiber reinforced cellular concrete using acoustic emission technique [PDF]
Cellular lightweight concrete (CLC) is increasingly used for low strength non-structural and structural applications. The effects of synthetic fiber reinforcement on the fracture behavior of CLC is investigated.

Vertical Random Vibration Analysis of Track-Subgrade Coupled System in High Speed Railway with Pseudoexcitation Method [PDF]
In order to reduce the ground-borne vibration caused by wheel/rail interaction in the ballastless track of high speed railways, viscoelastic asphalt concrete materials are filled between the track and the subgrade to attenuate wheel/rail force.

Numerical Analysis of Ballastless Asphalt Tracks Subjected to Dynamic Loads [PDF]
This study presented the results of numerical analyses for a ballastless asphalt track. The asphalt layer was modelled as a linear viscoelastic (LVE) solid that was resting on an unbound granular layer (UGL) simulated as a non-linear (stress-state dependent) elastic medium.

Analytical Approach to Describe Properties in Transition Zones Between Ballasted and Non-Ballasted Track [PDF]
Norway has for a long time used railways as a means of transport. This method of transportation been used to haul raw materials such as wood and ore.

The Service Life of Ballastless Track
Abstract Before the widespread use of high-speed rail ballastless track needs to be tested in real conditions at high speed and small axial load. Experimental railway track of “VNIIZhT” makes it possible to carry out tests at high axial load, low speed but that does not fully meet the real fields of application of ballastless track.
