Engineering Neuronal Network Connectivity Through Precise and Scalable Electrical Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a scalable all‐electrical method for precise neuronal‐circuit reconfiguration based on high‐density microelectrode arrays. By employing biologically inspired plasticity rules, targeted connectivity changes were successfully induced and quantified across diverse neuronal preparations.

Tunable High‐Performance Metamaterial Filters Based on Novel SRR Architectures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Based on two novel SRR configurations and two independent SRR integration approaches, four tunable bandpass metamaterial filters were fabricated with an ultra‐thin ceramic substrate. Among them, SM‐2 achieves over 97% electromagnetic wave transmittance, with a minimal 1.15% deviation in its resonant frequency prediction, making them promising ...

Compact Inline E plane Waveguide Resonators and Bandpass Filters with I-shaped Resonant Insets [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper, waveguide resonators and bandpass filters with E-plane inserts containing I-shaped resonant insets are presented. These insets introduce to the response finite transmission zeros much less sensitive than those produced by cross-couplings ...

A Plug‐and‐Play Platform for Customizing Multivalent Degraders and Degrader‐Drug Conjugates

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Membrane proteins remain challenging targets for conventional TPD approaches. Here, the authors develop UPTAB, a modular platform leveraging ultrahigh‐affinity orthogonal Im/CL protein pairs for lysosomal degradation of membrane proteins. Mono‐targeted (Type‐I), dual‐targeted (Type‐II), and tri‐targeted (Type‐III) UPTABs enable simultaneous degradation
