Compact UWB bandpass filter with reconfigurable notched band [PDF]
A compact bandpass filter is presented for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications with a reconfigurable notched band to reject unwanted signals from the WiMAX systems. A single pin diode is used for the purpose of switching the notch.

Tailoring Phonon‐Driven Responses in α‐MoO3 through Isotopic Enrichment
ABSTRACT The implementation of polaritonic materials into nanoscale devices requires selective tuning of parameters to realize desired spectral or thermal responses. One robust material, α‐MoO3, an orthorhombic crystal boasting three distinct phonon dispersions, provides three polaritonic dispersions of hyperbolic phonon polaritons (HPhPs) across the ...

New Transparent Bandpass Filter Using Aluminum Thin-Film Micromesh Structure
In this study, we present the new transparent coplanar waveguide (CPW) bandpass filter using aluminum (Al) thin film micromesh structure. The filter is prepared by the semiconductor process of dc sputtering and standard lift-off technology.

Tuning Technique for Active FSS Arrays [PDF]
A novel biasing technique is described for active frequency selective slot arrays. The bandpass response can be switched between transmitting and reflecting modes, or tuned over a predetermined frequency range using two different biasing circuit ...

Near‐Unity Chiral Lasing Enabled by Quasi‐Bound States in the Continuum
Nanoimprinted chiral array that supports bound states in the continuum is doped with an efficient non‐chiral molecule (Rhodamine‐B) acting as gain medium to produce fully circularly polarized lasing emission. The chiral lasing wavelength can be tuned across the emission band of Rhodamine‐B by adjusting the coating thickness of the TiO2 high refractive ...
