O‐GlcNAcylation Regulation of SNAP29‐Dependent Autophagy Activation Dictates Chemoresistance in Gastric Cancer

Model illustrating the proposed mechanism by which chemotherapy‐induced downregulation of OGT disrupts SNAP29 O‐GlcNAcylation, promoting STX17‐SNAP29‐VAMP8 SNARE complex assembly and protective autophagy, leading to chemoresistance, which in turn establishes a feedforward loop to perpetuate drug tolerance.

Integrated Single‐Cell and TCR Profiling Reveals Protection‐Associated CD8+ T Cell Subsets Linked to Viral Control in PRRSV

PRRSV vaccine‐mediated protection is associated with clonally expanded cytotoxic CD8+ T cell subsets driven by viral structural proteins and supported by innate TLR4/TLR8 signaling and CD4+ T cell help, whereas non‐protective responses are characterized by dysfunctional exhausted‐like CD8+ T cells linked to poor viral control.

Ahcy Acts as an Effector of Hnf4a‐Driven Super‐Enhancer Activation to Alleviate MASLD During Intermittent Fasting

Our study identifies an Hnf4a‐driven super‐enhancer of hepatic Ahcy that mediates the protective effects of intermittent fasting against MASLD. The Gαi1/3 protein is a crucial connecting protein closely related to the signal transduction process of bone formation‐related cytokines such as BMP2. Gαi1/3 mediates downstream signaling pathways such as Smads and MAPK by binding to adaptor proteins like Gab1, thereby promoting the osteogenic effect of BMSCs.
