Introducing a flexible “direct laser induced writing” gold printing technology for structuring and wiring of complex electrical devices. The presented technique allows nanometer sized resolution and the capability to produce state‐of‐the‐art 2D semiconducting devices with ultra‐high precision on par with conventional e‐beam lithography.
