We report on a patient admitted for work up of prostatic carcinoma in which CT study showed an excavated mass involving the sigmoid colon and the bladder dome. Barium enema showed a double track pattern associated with diverticular disease.

Colonic Diaphragm Disease in a Patient Receiving Long Term Diclofenac Therapy
A 65-year-old woman who had been taking diclofenac for five years developed cramping central abdominal pain. Barium enema examination was negative, but colonoscopy revealed prominent mucosal folds in the right colon with areas of ulceration.
