Det rettslige innholdet av barnehage- og skolepersonalets meldeplikt til barneverntjenesten ved mistanke om mishandling og/eller alvorlig omsorgssvikt. Oppgaven behandler meldeplikten etter barnevernloven § 6-4 andre ledd, med vekt på den likelydende bestemmelsen i barnehageloven § 22 og opplæringslova § 15-3.
