Soft-core baryon-baryon potentials for the complete baryon octet [PDF]
SU(3) symmetry relations on the recently constructed hyperon-nucleon potentials are used to develop potential models for all possible baryon-baryon interaction channels. The main focus is on the interaction channels with total strangeness S=-2, -3, and -4, for which no experimental data exist yet. The potential models for these channels are based on SU(

Effect of thresholds on the width of three-body resonances
It has been recently reported an intriguing theoretical result of a narrow three-body resonance with a large available phase space [1]. The resonance was reported in the NΛΛ−ΞNN system near the Ξd threshold, having a very small width in spite of the open

Net-particle number fluctuations in a hydrodynamic description of heavy-ion collisions [PDF]
Utilizing viscous hydrodynamic simulations of heavy-ion collisions, we study the behavior of cumulants of (net-)(anti)proton number distributions at RHIC beam energy scan energies, incorporating non-critical contributions like baryon conservation and ...

Baryon–Baryon interactions from lattice QCD [PDF]
We report on new attempt to investigate baryon-baryon interactions in lattice QCD. From the Bethe-Salpeter (BS) wave function, we have successfully extracted the nucleon-nucleon ($NN$) potentials in quenched QCD simulations, which reproduce qualitative features of modern $NN$ potentials.

Lattice QCD at finite baryon density using analytic continuation
We simulate lattice QCD with two flavors of Wilson fermions at imaginary baryon chemical potential. Results for the baryon number density computed in the confining and deconfining phases at imaginary baryon chemical potential are used to determine the ...

To investigate diquark correlation in baryons, the baryon spectra with different light–heavy quark combinations are calculated using Gaussian expansion method within both the naive quark model and the chiral quark model. By computing the diquark energies

Tensor Amplitudes for Partial Wave Analysis of
We have derived the tensor amplitudes for partial wave analysis of ψ→ΔΔ¯, Δ→pπ within the helicity frame, as well as the amplitudes for the other decay sequences with same final states.

Baryon-baryon interactions from Effective Field Theory
I report on recent progress in the description of baryon-baryon systems within chiral effective field theory. In particular, results for the hyperon-nucleon and hyperon-hyperon interactions as well as for strangeness S = −3 to −4 baryon-baryon systems ...

Topological Quasiparticles of Light: From Spin‐Orbit Coupling to Photonic Skyrmions
This review summarizes recent advances in photonic skyrmions, emphasizing the central role of spin–orbit coupling in their formation. The review discusses how spin–orbit interactions generate skyrmionic textures, examines modulation strategies for their dynamic control, and provides an overview of emerging directions and opportunities where these ...

Baryon-baryon interactions from the lattice [PDF]
I discuss the latest progress in calculating baryon-baryon interactions with lattice QCD. The latest results from the NPLQCD collaboration for nucleon-nucleon scattering along with preliminary calculations of hyperon-nucleon scattering are presented.
