Transfersomes with core and surface‐loaded NF‐κB p65 siRNA for enhanced transdermal transfection and effective treatment of psoriasis

TCPL, a transfersome with Tween 80 and PEI, enables efficient transdermal siNF‐κB delivery, resolving PEI's toxicity issue. It promotes lysosomal escape and effective transfection, silences NF‐κB, modulates immunity, and inhibits angiogenesis, alleviating psoriasis. Voclosporin‐induced gingival enlargement: A case report

Abstract Background Drug‐influenced gingival enlargement (DIGE) is a recognized adverse effect of certain medications, particularly immunosuppressants like cyclosporin and tacrolimus. However, there have been no documented cases of DIGE associated with voclosporin, a newer calcineurin inhibitor used primarily to treat lupus nephritis.
