Nb2O5-doped BaTiO3 semiconductor
Semiconducting Nb2O5-doped BaTiO3 was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, thermogravimetry, and electrical measurements. The addition of the Nb2O5 donor dopant does not affect the sequence of chemical reactions during the synthesis of the ceramic material.

Spin singlet small bipolarons in Nb-doped BaTiO3
The magnetic susceptibility and electrical resistivity of n-type BaTi{1-x}Nb{x}O3 have been measured over a wide temperature range. It is found that, for 0 < x < 0.2, dopant electrons form immobile spin singlet small bipolarons with binding energy around

We report a Pt‐decorated Co‐doped BiFeO3 (Pt/BCFO) piezocatalyst achieving an H2 evolution rate of 1896.4 µmol g−1 h−1. Co‐doping induces lattice distortion, enhancing piezoelectric polarization, while Pt sites promote water dissociation. Embedded in a poly(vinylidene fluoride) matrix, Pt/BCFO enables efficient mechanical energy harvesting and catalyst
