Effect of BaTiO3 size on dielectric property of BaTiO3/PVDF composites

Journal of Electroceramics, 2007
The BaTiO3/polyvinylidene fluoride (BaTiO3/PVDF) polymer-based composites with different size and concentration of BaTiO3 particles were fabricated via a simple physical mixing and subsequently hot-press processing. Effect of the filler size and frequency on the dielectric properties of the BaTiO3/PVDF binary composites was discussed.

Piezoresponse force microscopy of BaTiO3-chitosan and BaTiO3-polyethylene glycol nanocomposites

MRS Advances, 2021
Influence of surface modification of barium titanate nanoparticles of spherical shape with the average size of 200 nm in ferroelectric tetragonal crystal phase on the value of piezoelectric response by piezoelectric force microscopy has been studied. It has been found that the modification of the surface of nanoparticles with organic molecules for the ...

Heating effect of BaTiO3 in microwave field and microstructure of BaTiO3

Science in China Series A: Mathematics, 1997
Microwave equipment at 2 450 MHz was employed to prepare BaTiO3. The heating effect of the system in the microwave field, which was influenced by several factors including dielectric properties of synthesis system and thermal insulate structures, was discussed in detail. The heating rates of the synthesis system were mainly determined by BaCO3 and TiO2

Dielectric properties of BaTiO3 and La doped BaTiO3 ceramics

Pramana, 1991
The dielectric constant and loss tangent of barium titanate and barium titanate doped with 0.4% (mole) La ceramics have been studied in the frequency range 22 KHz-70 MHz at room temperature and in the temperature range 20°C–170°C at 22 KHz using aQ-meter.

Phase transitions in BaTiO3 thin films and BaTiO3/BaZrO3 superlattices

Journal of Applied Physics, 2014
Using pulsed laser deposition, we grew a ferroelectric [BaTiO3]Λ/2/[BaZrO3]Λ/2 (BT/BZ) superlattice with a stacking periodicity of Λ = 256 Å and a BT single film on a La1/2Sr1/2CoO3-buffered (001)MgO substrate, and then studied the phase transitions of these materials.

Conduction Mechanisms in Multiferroic Multilayer BaTiO3/NiFe2O4/BaTiO3 Memristors

Journal of Electronic Materials, 2017
Memristive devices and materials are extensively studied as they offer diverse properties and applications in digital, analog and bio-inspired circuits. In this paper, we present an important class of memristors, multiferroic memristors, which are composed of multiferroic multilayer BaTiO3/NiFe2O4/BaTiO3 thin films, fabricated by a spin-coating ...
