Structural analysis of nanocrystalline BaTiO3
Abstract Barium titanate with powder particles having a diameter of about 50 nm, which was prepared by sol–gel-hydrothermal reaction, was studied using several experimental techniques for the determination of the crystalline phase and purity of synthesized BaTiO 3 .

Historical Foundation and Practical Guideline for Ferroelectric Switching Kinetic Studies
The P and U pulses in the conventional PUND measurements are not identical because of the interplay between switching current and the measurement circuit components. This circuit effect can lead to a shift in polarization transients and misinterpreted physics in the switching kinetics.
