This research highlights the central role of Bawaslu Surabaya in preventing money politics in elections, using a qualitative approach with secondary data analysis related to Bawaslu activities. The results show that initiatives and programs, including Participatory Oversight, are significant in detecting, preventing and cracking down on money politics.
