Bayesian Nash Equilibrium in First-Price Auction with Discrete Value Distributions
International Joint Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems, 2020 First price auctions are widely used in government contracts and ads auctions. In this paper, we consider the Bayesian Nash Equilibrium (BNE) in first price auctions with discrete value distributions. We study the characterization of the BNE in the first price auction and provide an algorithm to compute the BNE at the same time.

The Role of Labour Market Institutions in Shaping Euro Area Monetary Policy Transmission
Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, EarlyView.ABSTRACT We examine how labour market institutions shape monetary policy transmission in euro area countries. A theoretical model suggests that higher union density flattens the Phillips curve, amplifying output responses while dampening the inflation effects of monetary shocks. This is empirically confirmed using an interacted panel VAR.
