Se informa el caso de una paciente con un bazo migratorio, cuya presentación clínica, evolución y hallazgos transoperatorios determinaron la necesidad de esplenectomía. Concomitante con esta entidad, la paciente presentaba mal rotación intestinal y vólvulos del ciego y del colon derecho, por lo cual fue necesario practicar hemicolectomía derecha.
