We introduce a new class of BCI‐algebras, namely the class of branchwise implicative BCI‐algebras. This class contains the class of implicative BCK‐algebras, the class of weakly implicative BCI‐algebras (Chaudhry, 1990), and the class of medial BCI‐algebras.

On f-derivations of BCI-algebras
The notion of left-right (resp., right-left) f-derivation of a BCI-algebra is introduced, and some related properties are investigated. Using the idea of regular f-derivation, we give characterizations of a p-semisimple BCI-algerba.
