Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Calculation of Shaft Voltage and Bearing Current of Brushless DC Motor Driven by PWM Inverter
This paper describes the calculated and measured waveforms of shaft voltage and bearing currents of the brushless DC motor driven by PWM inverter. At first, we discussed the current path of the bearing current when unloaded side bearing is conducting and

Analysis of capacitive discharges in motor bearings under different operation conditions
Despite being a well‐known problem, bearing faults are still one of the major challenges that the industry face. The growing use of voltage source inverters imposed the alertness of possible bearing damage due to their high‐frequency signals.

Distributed PV Bearing Capacity Assessment Method Based on Source–Load Coupling Scenarios
To address the insufficient consideration of system static voltage stability and PV–load coupling in distributed photovoltaic (PV) hosting capacity assessment, this study first investigates the impact of distributed PV integration on power system ...

Enhancing Bearing Fault Diagnosis in Induction Motors: A Novel Approach Leveraging Synchronized Deviation of Instantaneous Frequency of Voltage and Current [PDF]
Current-based methods for bearing fault diagnosis primarily rely on analyzing the current signal, leading to challenges in detecting fault frequencies due to their low magnitude amid the noise in the current spectrum.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Multiphysics-Coupled Load-Bearing Capacity of Piezoelectric Stacks in Low-Temperature Environments
Under low-temperature conditions, the load-bearing capacity of piezoelectric stacks arises from coupled thermo-electro-mechanical interactions, with temperature fluctuations, compressive prestress, and excitation voltage critically modulating performance.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.
