This study established a high‐quality organoid biobank derived from 68 tumor sites across 50 Chinese patients, elucidated the drug sensitivity‐based molecular subtyping in breast cancer, and revealed a novel mechanism of drug resistance mediated by the FAK‐ACSL1 pathway.

Evaluation of bed load equations using field measured bed load and bed material load
ISH Journal of Hydraulic Engineering, 2019Bed load transport can be determined by direct measurement of bed load being transported by a stream. In India, measurement of bed load is rarely done.

Journal of Hydraulic Engineering, 1985
The difference between the sediment transport processes of bed load and suspended load is explained and quantified. The mean and fluctuating components of the particle motion are studied by examining both components of the particle's dynamics in open channel flows.

Bed carbon loadings in fluid bed combustion
Combustion and Flame, 1987Observations of bubble phase burning in a fluidized bed combustor have led to the hypothesis that CO and volatile matter burn mainly inside bubbles and in the freeboard during the fluidized combustion of coal. Predictions of bed-carbon loading using a model have shown that the site of gas-phase combustion has a strong influence on predicted bed-carbon ...

Bed load transport by bed form migration
Acta Geophysica, 2012A theoretically-based methodology is presented for the determination of bed load transport from high-resolution measurements of bed surface elevations for steady-state or developing dunes. The methodology is based on the general form of the Exner equation for sediment continuity and requires information on the distribution of sediment volume ...

Bed‐Load Sampling in Sand‐Bed Rivers
Journal of Hydraulic Engineering, 1994Bed‐load sampling in sand‐bed rivers was studied. A mechanical sampler called the Delft Nile sampler was designed and operated in flume and field conditions. The flume data obtained for different bed material sizes in the range of 280–1,070 μm were used to determine the sampling efficiency factor of the bedload sampler.

Bed Load Sampler for Streams with Sandy Bed
Journal of the Hydraulics Division, 1977The cumulative nature of sedimentation processes often raises difficulties in the design of many water engineering projects. Quantitative estimation of the transportation phenomena is therefore of utmost importance if serious operational disturbances are to be avoided.
