Dynamics of Test Particles and Twin Peaks QPOs around Regular Black Holes in Modified Gravity
In this work, we have presented a detailed analysis of the event horizon of regular black holes (BHs) in modified gravity known as MOG, the so-called regular MOG BH. The motion of neutral particles around the BH has also been explored.

Zipoy-Voorhees Gravitational Object as a Source of High-Energy Relativistic Particles
The Zipoy-Voorhees solution is known as the γ-metric and/or q-metric being static and axisymmetric vacuum solution of Einstein field equations which becomes strong curvature naked singularity.

The Orbital and Epicyclic Frequencies in Axially Symmetric and Stationary Spacetime
Motivated by observational evidence of the electromagnetic signal from the X-ray binary system known as quasi-periodic oscillations in the light curves of astrophysical black holes or neutron stars, we examined the general relativity and alternative ...

Capture of Massless and Massive Particles by Parameterized Black Holes
We study an influence of the leading coefficient of the parameterized line element of the spherically symmetric, static black hole on the capture of massless and massive particles.

Quasi-Invariants of Complex Reflection Groups [PDF]
We introduce quasi-invariant polynomials for an arbitrary finite complex reflection group W. Unlike in the Coxeter case, the space Q_k of quasi-invariants of a given multiplicity is not, in general, an algebra but a module over the coordinate ring of ...

Surface Layer Turbulence at the Maidanak Observatory
Results of night-time surface layer turbulence measurements using ESO LuSci at the Maidanak observatory are presented. Turbulence in the surface layer was evaluated at the Maidanak observatory using LuSci during the period of 2021–2022.

Motion of spinning particles in non asymptotically flat spacetimes
The assumption of asymptotic flatness for isolated astrophysical bodies may be considered an approximation when one considers a cosmological context where a cosmological constant or vacuum energy is present.
