Passenger variants as pan‐clonal markers of pediatric AML: Implications for molecular MRD
Abstract A streamlined, sensitive, and universal molecular method for MRD detection in pediatric AML remains an unmet clinical need. Here, we propose a novel approach based on tracking somatic non‐coding passenger variants. Using whole‐genome sequencing (WGS) of diagnostic bone marrow DNA, we identify patient‐specific somatic passenger variants, which ...

Phenolic composition and multi‐target bioactivities of Globularia alypum extracts across seasons
Abstract Background This study investigates the influence of seasonal variation on the phytochemical profile and biofunctional activities of ethanolic leaf extracts from Globularia alypum. Leaves collected across four seasons were extracted with a hydroethanolic solvent (80:20, v/v) and analyzed by LC‐ESI‐MS/MS.

ABSTRACT Malaria remains a major global health challenge, with an urgent need for new therapies to combat the evolving resistance to anti‐malarial treatments. Physiologically‐based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling offers a promising approach to accurately predict PK, optimize dosing strategies, reduce development time and cost, and de‐risk the ...

ABSTRACT Infrared (IR) stealth is crucial for improving the survivability of equipment. The growing demand for service in marine environments poses new challenges to the composition and structural design of existing IR stealth coatings. This study first investigates the effects of NaCl/water vapor corrosion on the IR stealth performance of GH3536 and a
