FAM107A loss facilitates TTK‐OPTN‐mediated mitophagy to drive docetaxel resistance in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

Its detection is exceptionally uncommon, particularly in the Middle East, and may lead to diagnostic pitfalls when relying solely on hemoglobin separation techniques.
