Supramolecular Zwitterionic Hydrogels for Information Encryption, Soft Electronics and Energy Storage at Icy Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A series of ACHPES‐based hydrogels are developed and realizing multiple functions like anti‐fouling properties, alkali‐induced color/fluorescence‐changing ability and strain sensing. Furthermore, the hydrogels show excellent anti‐freezing performance, whose optical, mechanical and electrical properties remain stable at −47.3 °C.

Anionic Citrate‐Based 3D‐Printed Scaffolds for Tunable and Sustained Orthobiologic Delivery to Enhance Tissue Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A potent anionic citric acid‐based 3D‐printed scaffold is developed for the sustained and controlled release of orthobiologics to enhance orthopedic therapeutic efficacy. Comprehensive in vivo studies demonstrated effective bone fusion and high safety at a low dose of BMP‐2 delivered by the system, establishing it as a promising platform for safe ...

Benjamin's Ground

open access: yesStudies in 20th & 21st Century Literature, 1986
Benjamin‘s reading of Hölderlin in one of his earliest essays already delineates some of the major constellations of his thought. Searching for the ground of language and of poetic language in particular, Benjamin sets out to lay the ground for the possibility of literary criticism.

Ultrafast Transient Absorption Studies of the Dynamics of Free and Coulombically Trapped Polarons in Doped Conjugated Polymers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Transient absorption measurements of doped conjugated polymer films show that small dopant ions create both free and Coulomb‐trapped polarons regardless of polymer morphology, but large dodecaborane‐based dopant ions create only free polarons even though the large ions cause the films to be more disordered.

TLR Agonist Nano Immune Therapy Clears Peritoneal and Systemic Ovarian Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, Volume 14, Issue 7, March 14, 2025.
Intraperitoneal administration of immunogenic Toll‐like receptor agonist‐modified mesoporous silica nanoparticles leads to rapid internalization by ascites myeloid cells with trafficking to fat‐associated lymphoid clusters. Activation of myeloid cells counters suppressive immune mechanisms associated with peritoneal metastasis, leading to regional and ...

Bioprinted Micro‐Clots for Kinetic Analysis of Endothelial Cell‐Mediated Fibrinolysis

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, Volume 14, Issue 7, March 14, 2025.
This paper describes the development of a microscale model that quantifies the breakdown of fibrin by endothelial cells. The small size scale of this engineered system enables fibrin breakdown to be observed without the addition of external activators. This system could help in identifying compounds which both promote and hinder thrombosis.

Contact Transfer Epitaxy of Halide Perovskites

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Bringing a halide perovskite thin film (donor) into contact with a self‐assembled monolayer of oriented perovskite nanocrystals (acceptor) at elevated temperature leads to epitaxial transfer of halide perovskite from the donor to the acceptor substrate.
