Light‐stimulated synaptic transistor based on photo‐induced oxidation of organic semiconductors
Oxygen‐assisted organic photonic synaptic transistor where ultraviolet illumination induces charge trapping, enabling tunable excitatory postsynaptic current and synaptic plasticity.
