Bioorthogonal chemistry was applied to intracellularly photoactivate Doxorubicin (Dox) using gold nanostars (AuNSt) and near‐infrared (NIR) light. Two prodrugs were used: one photoactivatable, masked with 2‐nitrobenzyl carbamate (proDox1) and another photolabile, masked with 2‐nitrobenzyl diol (proDox2), which was attached to the AuNSt surface.

Iron (III)-schiff base immobilized on porous silica and magnetite: a comparison study for oxidation of benzylic alcohols and sulfides [PDF]
The iron (III) Schiff base complex was immobilized on magnetic silica as well as mesoporous silica substrates and characterized by XRD, TEM, FT-IR, AAS, VSM techniques, and in the case of mesoporous silica, it was also identified with N2 adsorption ...

Phase Engineering of Atomically Precise Nanoclusters (APNCs) of Gold and Beyond
Engineering the structural phase of materials is of paramount importance for both fundamental research and practical applications. In this Review, we summarize the recent progress in controlling the phases of atomically precise nanoclusters (APNCs) of gold, silver and copper, as well as bimetallic systems. The phase‐enabled material properties of APNCs

Programming of Complex Magnetic Profiles Enforced by 4D Printed Magnetic LCE Actuators
A 4D printing‐enabled magnetic programming strategy is introduced in which thermally actuated liquid crystal elastomers are magnetized in their target shape to encode complex three‐dimensional magnetic profiles. The resulting actuators achieve multistate shape morphing and programmable locomotion under low magnetic fields, without requiring specialized
