Managing Technological Innovation for Social Good: A Systematic Literature Review

open access: yesStrategic Change, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The past decades have seen a growing recognition of a need to develop novel solutions to effectively and efficiently deliver inclusive values to society. However, the evolving literature in innovation management, for example, in the discourse of social innovation or responsible innovation, has yet to produce a consolidated knowledge base for ...

Foliar application of micronutrients to reduce fruit drop and enhance quality and yield attributes in ber (Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk.) cv. Gola [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Minor Fruits, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants
A field experiment was conducted in Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology Kumarganj, Faizabad (U.P.) during the years 2023-24 to evaluate the performance of micro-nutrient on fruit setting, retention, physical characteristics, and yield ...

Highly Versatile Real‐Time Optical Noise Filtering Through Temporal Cloaking

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
Conventional bandpass filtering strategies may be insufficient for recovering optical waveforms under extremely noisy conditions. We demonstrate a temporal‐cloaking denoising strategy enabled by the temporal Talbot effect, which concentrates the coherent signal of interest into short temporal slots while broadband noise remains temporally spread.

Sedimentary Mercury Enrichments as a Tracer of Large Igneous Province Volcanism

open access: yesGeophysical Monograph Series, Page 247-262., 2021

Exploring the links between Large Igneous Provinces and dramatic environmental impact

An emerging consensus suggests that Large Igneous Provinces (LIPs) and Silicic LIPs (SLIPs) are a significant driver of dramatic global environmental and biological changes, including mass extinctions.

DrLS: Distortion‐Resistant Lossless Steganography via Colour Depth Interpolation

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The lossless data steganography is to hide a certain amount of information into a container image. Previous lossless steganography methods fail to strike a balance between capacity, imperceptibility, accuracy, and robustness, commonly vulnerable to distortion on container images.

Compartmentalisation in cAMP signalling: A phase separation perspective

open access: yesBritish Journal of Pharmacology, EarlyView.
Cells rely on precise spatiotemporal control of signalling pathways to ensure functional specificity. The compartmentalisation of cyclic AMP (cAMP) and protein kinase A (PKA) signalling enables distinct cellular responses within a crowded cytoplasmic space.

Performance of the coherent optical binary polarization-shift-keying heterodyne system in free space optical communications using a lognormal atmospheric turbulence model MIC-CPE 2010 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
In this paper, simulation results for the bit error rate (BER) performance and fading penalty of a coherent optical binary polarization shift keying (2PolSK) heterodyne system adopted for free space optical (FSO) communication links with a log-normal ...

Higher sensitivity to ouabain‐induced toxicity in human induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived cardiomyocytes than human adult heart tissue despite similar Na+/K+‐ATPase pump current amplitudes

open access: yesBritish Journal of Pharmacology, EarlyView.
Abstract Background and Purpose Human induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC‐CM) have gained interest as a pharmacological model but their immaturity leads to uncertainty regarding translation. We studied the key player in maintaining ionic homeostasis, the Na+/K+‐ATPase (NKA), in hiPSC‐CM.

OFDM system energy efficiency increasing method based on peak-factor decrease

open access: yesФизика волновых процессов и радиотехнические системы, 2018
In this work the peak-factor decreasing method for the OFDM systems is proposed, based on the group spectrum subcarriers processing and the signal constellation rotation.
